- USPS Priority Mail: Expedited shipping for faster delivery within 1-3 business days. This option includes tracking and insurance.
- USPS Priority Mail Express: The fastest option available, delivering in 1-2 business days, guaranteed. Includes tracking and insurance.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight and dimensions of the items in your order. We offer free shipping on all domestic orders over $50.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Please note that orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to monitor its progress.
Delivery Timeframes
Delivery times vary based on the shipping option selected and your location. Please consider the processing time when choosing your preferred shipping method. While we strive to meet these estimates, unforeseen delays with USPS may occasionally occur.

Shipping Address Accuracy
Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate to avoid any delivery issues. Dr Hall’s is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package is lost, delayed, or has not been delivered within the estimated timeframe, please contact us. We will work with USPS to locate your order and keep you updated throughout the process. For packages that show as delivered but are not received, we recommend contacting USPS directly.
